Here is a rundown of the different characters which appear over the course of the series. These profiles will contain spoilery information if you haven't read the comic. Proceed with caution if that is the case. I try to update these as the story moves along.
The Seven Sages
The Seven Sages are the characters who have been tasked with saving Hyrule by protecting the Triforce from Ganondorf.
The Wind Sage - Link Osma Taru
Age: 17
Hair: Blonde

Class: Warrior
The main hero of the story, and he wields a sword. A hopeless incompetent at first, he soon matures as the story progresses into a reliable ally who's able to use wind abilities.
The Light Sage - Zelda Evelina Elita
Age: Unknown (appears teenaged)
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: One Blue, One Green
Skin: Pale
Height: 5'7"
Class: Mage
The mysterious girl who moved the quest into motion. Zelda was asleep in the Forbidden City until a disturbance in the Triforce caused her to awaken and gather the Seven Sages in order to counteract the disruption. She wields a staff in battle, although he true strength lies in her magic genius. She wields Light magic.
The Forest Sage - Saria Lorna Kokoroki
Age: 14, then 18
Hair: Green
Eyes: Green
Skin: Normal
Height: 5'2", then 5'6"
Class: Archer
The last surviving Kokiri, Saria is a young girl who decides to go against her grandfather's last wish and left the Lost Woods in order to join the Sages. She is a quick and agile fighter, and can attack from a distance with her Faerie Slingshot. She's able to call upon the power of Wood.
The Water Sage - Ruto Michelle Zorada

Height: 5'9"
Class: Monk
The long lost Zora princess who seemingly forfeited her rights to royalty and instead studied to become a blacksmith and studied the legend surrounding the Seven Sages. She is quite knowledgable about Hyrule and the legend, and is the first character able to cast healing magic. She is a competent fighter with her fists, although she also wields the Hookshot and Ice Rod. Her magical element is water.
The Fire Sage - Darunia Virgil Pyralis
Age: 26
Hair: Red
Eyes: Red
Skin: Tan
Height: 6'3"
Class: Fighter
The last surviving heir to the power of the Fire Sage for the Goron tribe, Darunia is a somewhat clueless man with a thick accent from who knows where. However, his simple nature allows him to draw the easiest conclusions for the seemingly most complex problems. In battle, he wields great strength with the Megaton Hammer, although he's a tad slow. His patron element is Fire.
The Spirit Sage - Tori Yaiba Lai

Hair: Orange
Eyes: Violet
Skin: Dark
Height: 5'8"
Class: Ninja
A young Gerudo ninja who first is an enemy, but soon switches sides for unknown reasons. Tori is very knowledgable about things pertaining to certain situations that even Ruto is unaware of, and also is very quick in combat and knows a good variety of abilities that include healing, defense, and attack. This ninja's innate element is Earth.
The Shadow Sage - Rei Ciara Tsubasa

Class: Dark Knight
The mysterious man who wishes to claim all of the Medallions for himself. He has strange, hypnotic eyes and wields a sword that literally sucks blood, the Kurokotsu. As the Shadow Sage, he has power over illusions and is able to dispel deceptions. In battle, he is agile and powerful, although he needs to rely on others in order to get healed and for support.

Lucent Li Lai

The only male Gerudo of this century. He also has the potential to become the Spirit Sage, but is unable to because Tori has taken the status for herself.
Nabooru Arisu Ryu

A Gerudo dancer who loves money, Nabooru seems to be nothing more than a selfish seductress, but there may be more to her than meets the eye. She used to be the Spirit Sage until Tori stole the status away from her.

Not much is known about her, except for the fact that she was the Shadow Sage until Rei stole the status away from her. She is one of the last few remaining Sheikah. She has also been noted to be a dreamseer, or one who can see into the future.

The Wind Djinni - Malon Arin Kotori

Link's cousin, Malon was resurrected from the dead and brainwashed into becoming the Wind Djinni to fight against him.
The Light Djinni - Neomaru Haku Kagemi

Class: Samurai
A wandering samurai from the Golden Land, Neomaru fights on for what he believes will save his world, even at the cost of another. He has been imbued with the abilities of the Light Djinni.
The Water Djinni - Sazanami Setsujoku Naosu

A Water Skulltula originally from the Golden Land, she was one of the original Seven Sages long ago that sealed away Ganondorf. However, the Zora have become jealous of her status as the Water Sage and forced her into their bloodline, and never allowed any female to succeed the abilities of the Water Sage. However, now that Ruto has become the Water Sage and the seal has been broken, Sazanami has broken free and vows revenge against the Zora. However, Koume expelled Sazanami out of Ruto's body. In order that she may attain her revenge, Sazanami now works as the Water Djinni with the enemy she once sealed.
The Forest Djinni - Nekro Greenleaf Matsimela

A mysterious and stoic Skull Kid with an unknown past. He has a machina arm which he uses to attack with ferocity. Nekro is the Forest Djinni.
The Fire Djinni - Reina Inculpatus Orlando

An enigmatic girl who seeks something which she may never find. Reina is the Fire Djinni.
The Shadow Djinni - Tael

The faerie which was used as the catalyst to resurrect Malon from the dead, and turning into a monster himself. He apparently has no will by himself, and mindlessly serves the Djinn in their quest to overthrow the Sages.
The Spirit Djinni - Leila Deva Wakanda

A woman who was stealing voices from Zora singers at the Great Bay. She's the Spirit Djinni. Worker of powerful magic, Leila works with the Djinni to exact revenge for something that happened to her in the past.
